    Our hiring process comprises 3 crucial steps – Interview will start with the Human Resources wherein candidate’s basic qualifications and alignment with company values will be assessed.

    After passing the initial interview, candidates will be interviewed by the line manager to discuss the role’s requirements and determine the candidate’s fit within the team dynamics.

    The last stage of the hiring process is an interview with an upper management officer, during which the candidate will be asked questions about long-term goals, alignment with the company’s mission & vision, and overall cultural fit within the organization.
